Request crawl space help
If water is standing under the house or a floor feels unsafe, call. For musty smells, vapor barriers and humidity questions, a request works fine and a local company will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your street address and town, so the request goes to a company that covers your side of Forrest or Lamar County
- What you're noticing: odor, damp or fallen insulation, water under the house, torn plastic or a soft floor
- Whether the crawl space has vents or has already been sealed, if you know
- Whether water has ever gotten under the house, from a storm or the river
- If you're buying or selling, when your inspection or due diligence period ends
